What information is indicated on my package?

It depends on the delivery service that ships your package. For the most popular ones:

  • If it’s FedEx, it’s the sender info and your data (name and address).
  • For Correos, it’s also the sender’s info and the recipient’s info (name, address, and phone number). Additionally, there is information about stealth for customs (its cost and weight).
  • For UPS, it’s the sender’s and the recipient’s data (name and address).

Who is indicated as the sender?

This also depends on the delivery service and can be either our legal entity name or a person’s name. Please note that our legal entity name does not include the name of our shop (Herbies), and we don’t specify what kind of goods we are sending – this is valid in any case, regardless of which delivery service you choose.

How do the packages go through customs? Is there a possibility of interception, and what are the consequences if so?

The process varies from country to country, as each customs office is different. If interception occurs, you may receive a letter from the customs office saying that your seeds have been seized, or you may not hear from them at all.

In case you receive an interception letter, please remember to contact us immediately and send us a photo or scan of the letter via any available channel. We’ll check it and provide you with a replacement package.

Another important thing to remember is that getting an interception letter has no legal consequences for you, and we take full responsibility for your package delivery unless it doesn’t arrive as a result of your own actions as a customer.

How do you hide my seeds if I opt for stealth shipping, and how do I find them?

To ensure maximum secrecy, we offer the option of sending seeds as souvenirs. Our team goes to great lengths to conceal the seeds, making it a challenge even for the buyer to locate them. If you're having trouble finding them, feel free to message us in the chat for assistance from our consultants.

Please note that if we send you seeds discreetly, we will have to remove them from their original packaging and place them in Ziploc bags for better concealment.

Can I use a different or fictitious name for my order?

You can, but please remember that if you are not home at the time of delivery and the package is not left at your door, as occurs in some countries, you won’t be able to pick it up from the delivery office since the name on the order is not yours. However, if you live in a country where your package can be left at your door or in your mailbox, like in the U.S. or Australia, you can put any name on your order.

Please be aware that if you provide a different or fictitious recipient's name, we cannot guarantee successful delivery of your order. In such cases, the responsibility will be yours.

Can I give instructions on how to pack my order (what item to hide the seeds in)?

We've tested a variety of stealth packages and determined the most suitable options for clearing customs. We'll send a stealth item that has the best chance of making it through customs without any hiccups.

It is completely safe. No one besides you will know what’s in your package or what shop your purchase is from. As we mentioned above, you can even put a different name on your order if you don’t want to give your real one. However, your address and phone number must always be correct, as this is crucial for delivering your order to you.
