- Bought 3 Tutankhamun pyramids plus a bonus seed and none of them popped. I contacted the helpline and they offered me a few strains along with what I ordered to make it right and gave me a choice. I am grateful and impressed with the customer service. Thank you herb seeds. I will order again thanks to such a good policy on germination rates. Sincerely, a Hawaiian in Utah

- Shipping took 11 days to Ontario, Canada, pretty fast considering the slowdowns due to COVID. They even sent a seed packaging video to make sure I received what I ordered right in the Breeders pack. Great customer service, will be ordering again soon!

- I've used Herbies for several years now with no problems. Hard to know why 2021 has turned out to be so problematic. Is it Covid or the UK now being outside the EU . Still waiting on a delivery placed and processed and tracked in Spain over 3 weeks ago.

I enjoy the herbs, I am a customer for life and I recommend you buy as many of these super great quality seeds at the lowest prices anywhere right now before you buy them all lol seriously though there is customer service and overall prices and quality of products!!!

- Super fast shipping to USA, 11 days from payment to recieving order. Friendly customer service, helped walk me through payment process.
