- I placed my order on September 13th, paid for it, and received it on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering I live in the US. Customer service walked me through the checkout process, very friendly! This is my first time ordering, but if everything goes well with my strain order and germination, I will definitely order from Herbies again! I found my new seed bank! -Thank you

- The website is as good as any. I haven't received my order yet, but I see it has arrived in the US. After reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of your negatives are about shipping. Here are my thoughts on that. Spain is becoming the next Amsterdam for weed. I wouldn't doubt that the stoners who work at the post office your product goes through are familiar with your packaging methods. Since a lot of your negative reviews were about packages getting lost in Spain, that would be where they would get caught. I've never heard of your shipments getting held up by customs again, that's my take. Just saying...

- hi from canada im giving herbies 5 stars because i think they have awesome customer service. my shipment got lost in the mail wasnt showing up so i contacted herbies and no questions ask they resent my order even with all the shit going on in the world they got to me fairly fast i have bought alot of seeds from differant seed banks and none of them gave me the service like herbies and the person i dealt with his name is vincente awesome dude answered me right back and took care of things for me.fast once the girls are up i will send a few pics and give another review. my personal opion is if you are looking for seeds look to herbies you wont be disappionted and they had the breeds i was looking for which the others didnt . Happy smiling canadian

- Finally arrived. Took 2 1/2 months. Ordered 3 Grandpa Purps. 2 of the 3 Grandpa Purps didn't sprout. On the last one. Hopefully that's the case. If not, it was all for nothing. A plus is they sent 2 auto gorillas and 1 auto purp with my order. So I'm assuming they're autos.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that 2 out of 3 seeds in a pack did not germinate. It is impossible to guarantee 100% germination as seeds are living biological material and can be affected by a wide range of external factors, however we do have a guarantee. The germination rate you experienced was below the guaranteed level, and we have already contacted you to resolve the issue.

- Have been sitting on this a while as maybe thought its something I did, but not changed a thing.
Bought 2 mix seedstockers @€15 each,autoflower seeds and got real problems. Some not germinated and when they have there a mess! Same seeds/ strains from seedstockers where awesome but theses are and were unfortunately disastrous. How can same strains from same breeder but from a different supplier be so bad?? As mich has I am very fond of herbies and would normally recommend them, these are giving me serious doubts! Sad results. Sorry

Thank you for your review. We regret to know that those seeds did not do well. Seeds are live biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors, thus it would be impossible to guarantee 100% germination each time. But please don't worry as we have a guarantee of at least 70% germination rate, and we have already contacted you via email to resolve the issue.

- herbies may have some of if not the best customer support i've encountered. Readily available, accessible (my anxiety makes phone calls awful, so the chat system is incredibly helpful), and they answered to and fixed any issues I had. My package ended up being marked as lost, and they sent a replacement free of charge. i blame delays in shipping due to current world events, rather than herbies, but it was well worth the wait. they arrived! I chose the stealth shipping option, and while I won't expose herbies secrets, I will say it was clever on their part!
Along with their freebie policy, I can't see myself using another seedbank soon. Thank you herbies team!

- You cant fault Herbies really. Been ordering seeds from various companies but the prices were off putting! I was looking for a mix pack for a mystery garden and WOW!!! Herbies hit the mark with a great offer! On top of that I then had other freebies, was just getting better! Anyone looking, dont bother with other banks cos Herbies as it all. Would be shocked if it let you down. Helpline good, especiall8'Alice' and all in all am buzzing. Wont even look at other sites now. Herbies is my fix!!👌
