- Great service had a problem with shipping but still made it through I received 3 shiskaberry seeds from Barnes farm and 2 free zkittlez seeds I started with the free seeds because why not and now it was just starting to ripen

- Herbie's gets 4 pots of 5 from me. They have a very wide selection. Excellent customer service even when I doubted they would get here. They answered all questions as soon as possible and resolved all my questions very quickly. Will give 5 stars if the seeds are as good as I think they will be.

- The order went wrong on a dress but it wasn't too much of a problem. 11 out of 12 did the same thing to everyone but still understood my mistake. Thanks for the seeds

- All my strains did great. They all except 4 out of 5 of my grandmommy purple seeds germinated. But 4 of my gmp seeds didn’t and my gelato auto seed didn’t pop. I’d thought it was me but my other 15 seeds did germinate and pop. It’s my first time buying seeds online and I am just trying to find a place I can trust. The Blueberry Hill is doing excellent as well as the gorilla glue auto.

- I've placed several orders for Herbies seeds now and have had nothing but excellent service. They say delivery to my house here in New Zealand could take up to 6 weeks, but the longest I've had to wait for seeds to arrive at my door is 3 weeks. 1 of my orders only took a week to arrive here. Another order got lost in transit and at week 3 I mentioned it on the live chat and they sent me a full replacement for my original order plus some bonus seeds which arrived discreetly less than 2 weeks later. Consistently quality seeds at competitive prices and always shipped discreetly.

- Greetings from East Africa! If you're one of those "weirdos" who reads reviews before making a purchasing decision. Or perhaps you prefer your information to be as detailed as possible before making a purchase. Then this is the post for you. I read all 67 pages of reviews and couldn't find a comprehensive review, only bits and pieces scattered throughout different reviews. It's important to note that results may vary and this is my personal experience. My journey began with a conversation with Lea, who helped me select the strains and also informed me that I would have to pay for shipping the freebies separately. With that information in hand, I made my purchase on March 9th. My purchase qualified for all the freebie tiers, but a discount code kept me a dollar short on the stocking stuffer and a bonus seed short. This is something I mentioned to Daniel, the person in charge of my purchase. He was kind enough to approve my reinstatement request, and on March 15th, my souvenirs were in the air, out of Spain for delivery. Shipping to my country should take 19 to 23 days according to the shipping information tab. So I waited, unsure if that meant from the time of purchase or from the time the package left Spain. There were no updates to the tracking system as of March 31st. Then, it should be between 19 and 23 days from the time packages leave Spain. Still no updates on April 8th. Meanwhile, I see grawmies from Australia and New Zealand that are geographically further from Spain than I receive packages in 14 days! (Maybe that's not how it works?) I decide to contact support, who directed me to the Gabriel claims department. He agreed that the lack of updates didn't look good, and if there weren't any by the end of the week, he would arrange a replacement. Considering EOW was only a day away (8/4), I wasn't optimistic, but to my surprise the next morning, the tracking had updated that my shipment had arrived in-country. But the next updates would quickly kill that feeling for me. Tracking updated to: An exceptional incident has occurred. Entry into the destination exchange office. It has been detected that documentation is missing for this shipment. "Entry into the destination exchange office. It has been detected that there are missing documents for this shipment." And later: Detained by customs. (This may have been a misunderstanding of translation from synonyms, as Correos uses Spanish and tracking apps simply translate, which made it sound worse, as my local post office's tracking showed "With Customs" instead.) With this information, I contacted support, who redirected me to Gabriel. I was assured that because the treats weren't packaged like a store order, there would be no way to trace the items back to me if the souvenirs were discovered. This made sense, as customs had to manually assess the packages to ensure the declared value matched similar items. I should say right away that the taxman here wants and will be paid. Aside from letters, everything imported into my country is taxed, and you won't believe how much I had to pay. But more on that later. Since it was Friday, April 8th, there would be no further movement on the package until Monday. Monday arrives, and my packages are cleared through customs. That's good, but it's not the final stretch. It was now at the post office, and they had to be paid. I receive a text message informing me that my packages are subject to customs fees and that I must physically go and pick them up. You, of course, don't want that. When you go to pick up the items, they will usually ask you to open them so they can compare the declared contents and the contents, and then determine the actual value versus the attached value. Souvenirs may fall out, you don't want to risk that. They offer last-mile delivery, but the process takes a while (3 days), which I don't mind because peace of mind is preferable. I begin the last-mile process. Of course, they want me to provide an identification and appraisal of the items (received). And at this point, I'm panicking because I have no idea what the declared value of the items was or what they looked like when they were shipped. I immediately contacted customer service. I was connected to Nelly this time. I explained my situation, and she said she'd never heard of anything like this before, but she honored my request and sent me pictures of the packages. Mine were sent as gifts for €10 each, and that was the information I needed to get moving. I immediately went back to the dispatcher and informed them that I hadn't purchased them and that they were gifts from/because xxx, with package 1 containing xxx and package 2 containing xxx. So, the values on the packages and the contents aligned, and I received a customs and excise invoice for €10.16, more than half the total of the two packages combined, or €20. You wouldn't believe what we're going through with the taxman here. Anyway, on April 13, everything was delivered to my door. Discreetly packaged, the souvenirs are safe and beautiful, and everything is accounted for. If you're unsure about the quality of the customer service because one of the reviews indicates they had a bad experience, read on. Let this dispel any doubts you might have. Overall, I had a positive experience both before and after becoming a customer. They could have left me to sort it out myself anytime after I completed my order and the shipment was up in the air. However, they immediately showed up whenever I had a question. Even when the request was unusual and they had never heard of it before, I was treated like an individual customer with a unique request and then armed with the information I needed to navigate what would have otherwise been an unpleasant experience with the IRS. Since I won't be sprouting these immediately as I'm in the middle of training with our local landrace, I'll miss the 4/20 deals because I need to space out the "gifts." I'll be keeping an eye out for Christmas sales! TLD; • 4 weeks in Kenya. Purchased 9/3. Out of Spain 15/3. Arrived locally 8/4. Customs and clearance 11/4. Last mile 12/4. Delivered 14/4. • Detained by customs/with customs is not seized by customs. Don't panic yet, but it could also go the other way. • I needed a reason for the gifts. e.g., parent company sends remote employees wearing xxx branding, etc. Things I would do differently with what I now know from the information; • Buy more souvenirs and ask for them to be split into two packs and forgo the gifts. It's easier to explain two gifts of the same value once a year. Shout out from staff; • Lea: Pre-purchase advice on strains, gifts, payment methods, and general information about the process. • Daniel: Managed my checkout process. Added gifts and seeds that were removed by applying a promo code. • Gabriel: For reassuring me that my shipment will get to me and if it doesn't, it won't be traced back to me. • Nelly: For accommodating an unusual request while still providing me with the information I needed to complete the final mile. Also, thanks to Jerry at FastBuds for directing me to their distributor page where I found Herbies. Luckily, I clicked on the second URL because the Herbies Autoflowering link listed first doesn't work. Maybe consider updating this, as someone might have assumed the second one didn't work either and missed out on a wonderful experience.

- in 75% of all orders of this kind, bullshit happens. Was looking for a good shop myself for a long time. Less than 2 days after the order was placed, the thing arrived with UPS cash on delivery! So shipping and support are above average! Packaging was clean and everything germinates TIPTOP! Greetz from Bavaria
