First time of using this site with mixed results. The first order didn't arrive after waiting 1 month with it stuck in Australian customs. When it did arrive I was greeted with what I would call a rough poorly package, it just didn't look right. The second delivery did arrive after supplying a different address etc. on time. This item was a lot more secure with decent packaging. I found that the communication was very slow but they did say they were under pressure. I didn't get what I ordered but the main thing is I got something as close as to what was requested & it arrived (2nd time & a very long wait). Would I use again yes because they got through. 4. 5 stars

I bought Purple Juice Auto, Purple Auto, Pure Kush Fem, and got Zkittlez Auto for the free seed, but one of the purple autos, only one out of 5 Purple Auto, everything else is a healthy seedling, my shipping was pretty fast for world wide I ordered on a Friday or Saturday and arrived within 11 days it arrived the following Tuesday for the US East Coast in a legal state I received a green scarf that I wrapped around my purple juice I appreciate you guys at herbies I really do the cards that came with the description so I can adjust my feed 5 stars 5 stars I made a decent size order no crushed seeds Thanks Team Herbie

Hey and hello everyone. I ordered a bunch of Apple Betty seeds, grew 9 plants in 20 liter airpots and used only Florganics living soil and no other fertilizers. I added homemade Kompost tea 3 times during the flowering period. See with your own eyes how huge these flowers are, I am impressed by the quality 😍 It's about 10 - 11 cm in diameter on the main cola. The lamp I used was a Sanlight q6w second edition

Unfortunately, I had no luck getting the original package or returning the package through customs. Australia is very strict about the entry of plant materials. But I took a chance. However, Herbies customer service was great. I was given the option of a refund or returning the order. I chose to return the package with my fingers crossed. Customs intercepted this package. Herbies was truly sorry for the turn of events and offered me a refund immediately. The whole process was very professional and fast. My refund was in my bank account within a week. Although I was disappointed not to receive my seeds, Herbies made the experience positive. I will try again in the future.
