- Excellent product, price, and most importantly, customer service. I'm in the US and understand the potential for "lost" packages. 3rd annual order and it finally arrived. That's when I discovered how good Herbies customer service really is. Fast communication and resolution. Replacement shipped and received in 9 days, no charge. That's impressive, THANK YOU guys. As for the product, I have 50 years of experience in this field, strictly for personal use. Extremely viable seeds, healthy plants, and a very accurate description of the end result. As long as I'm above ground and they're in business, I'm a customer.

- Great website! Probably the largest selection I've seen. Very responsive staff, excellent customer feedback. However, I never received my product. Just a letter from US Customs informing me that it was confiscated in New York. Herbies did their job, and so did US Customs... Customs did it better. Always a great company. Sincerely, USA

- Order from Herbie's during the holidays. I'm in the US and sent money... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! As soon as my anxiety started, Herbie sent me a tracking number. I have everything they said now, I'm going to wait for my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

- This is my first time using herbies and I highly recommend this website. Absolute best customer service I’ve ever received just about anywhere. If you have any questions or concerns the staff at herbies is more than happy to accommodate them. I was more than thrilled to find out I was able to communicate with an actual human about my questions instead of a robot which never gives you the answer you’re looking for. Looking forward to my order getting here and to be a new customer of this organization, two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽😎

- only one of green house seed co lemon skunk beans spouted.Blackskull seeds were fine so far i have a problem years ago with seeds not be what they say they were hoping for the best.

Seedbanks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of seeds in a pack will germinate, for example - at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Cases of bad germination are relatively rare, and we have a claim form to help our clients in case they have faced a problem with germination. You may fill it up if you've faced issue with our seeds, and compliance manager will get in touch with you shortly.

- I’ve used Herbies for nearly 7 years now. I have to say that I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company. I always receive my order, and in perfect condition and have never had an issue in multiple orders. There’s usually original breeder packs and the ones that are not in them are nicely labeled and packaged. Great job guys and thanks for being there for us U.S customers. Very Reliable!

- First order never arrived, however, amazing customer service and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5 weeks mark. The second order arrived without issues, fast enough considering it was right in the Christmas period. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than I expected. So far all the seeds I started germinated. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the level of stealth of the parcel. I felt it was pretty low, especially when I compare to another company I ordered seeds from some years ago - so 4.5 stars if I could.
