For those who buy seeds from Herbies, rest assured that your order will reach you as quickly as possible. I have been growing for over forty years and have not had a bad experience with Herbies over the years. I live in the United States and during my last order, the mail intercepted it. I had thought I had sent an email to Herbies, but since I am not the best at sending emails, they did not receive it. Long story short, Herbies helps me send the information so they can resend my order. If I had a very large order, after receiving the information, they sent me my seeds. I would just like to thank Nicolas and Gabriel because without their help I would not have been able to send the information they needed.

I’ve had seeds lost in the mail that Herbies replaced free of charge and I’ve have seeds that didn’t germinate (which is truly a rare event), which Herbies also replaced free of charge. I’ve been a customer of theirs for several years and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. With superior seeds and their excellent service Herbies will definitely keep me as a very satisfied customer!

My 2nd time ordering seeds. All the cars germinated well, except for my 2 extreme impact cars. But the rest are fine as you can see except for the one that was the second extreme impact. Other than that incident, the seeds arrive on time and have normally been excellent. They have excellent customer service.

What a fantastic company. I feel like a good friend from overseas just sent me some of his prized possessions. But charged me. But hey, we have to make a living lol My package arrived exactly 2 weeks to the day. Bubble wrapped and inside a little silver zipped pouch. My seeds individually labeled and wrapped.
