Seedbanks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of seeds in a pack will germinate, for example - at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Cases of bad germination are relatively rare, and we have a claim form to help our clients in case they have faced a problem with germination. You may fill it up if you've faced issue with our seeds, and compliance manager will get in touch with you shortly.

- Herbies has great service. My order was lost in the mail so they sent a duplicate. I ended up getting both packages and I’m glad I did. Would rate 5 stars but some of the seeds are very very small. I will update in the future depending if they germinate or not

- I will never order from them again it's been over a month and still no seeds now I have to wait longer as they are out of stock of what I ordered should have stayed with the other company I was ordering from I always received my order without delay they will not refund my money it's such a shame I've heard a lot of good things about the herbs but my experience is never again hell

- ok so here is my experience shopping on this site and I think it's worth sharing. I ordered some seeds on April 16th. I'm really picky about the strains I grow, so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packaging, so I'm 100% sure I'm getting the ones I bought. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packaging, though. this might not be an issue for most people, but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on May 1st (2 weeks later), I asked them when my order would be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue (I have to say this is the ONLY time I've ordered something with a delivery delay since the pandemic). Still, good. On about May 7th, I asked them for a refund because I had absolutely no idea when I was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst I've ever seen) but they wouldn't. They asked me to wait at least another week to request a refund. Few messages between then and now but no help at all. They just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. They also told me that I would receive a feminized version of the free seeds they give away for free, but I still received the autoflowering version. Long story short: they didn't send the original package as I requested, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflowering) and the tracking number was pretty much useless. I'd like to give them 0/5 stars but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today (40 days after I paid). So yes, if you plan to grow next summer and order your seeds in February then yes, go for it. However, there are many other websites like this that at least give the right seeds in a shorter time frame. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I guarantee I will never buy from you again. Have a great day everyone and shop wisely.

Thank you for the review. It is true that the delays took place last time, as a pure result of the COVID-19 situation postal service speed of work was affected in a negative way. We also have a warning disclaimer on our website.
About original packages - yes, we can send the seeds in original packages, you just need to uncheck the "stealth" option when placing the order. Also, as it is stated in our delivery section, if we ship in original packages - we won't be able to offer a duplicate in case of the customs issue, and that was the case. Despite that, we have actually sent you a stealth duplicate at out expence, although it wasn't our obligations, and it has sucsessfully reached you.
We regret that after that you still find our service inconvenient, but we respect your choice. We will still be happy to see you again at Herbies

- Very stressful to use first the payment didn't go through then Sumone helped me after a week of trying to wait patiently. Then wait again to get the order and the tracking number didn't get one yet. So after 3 days I asked about it then I got one the next day. Then the order Spain didn't move for about 14 days was like mmmmm maybe because of covid-19 as I ask.... no now lost. So they said they sent it was like ok. Look at the reviews and this happens a lot. Then they were told they couldn't make it because it saw r out.. so I looked yes for one that's what I would like to have the most but the second one wasn't different size less or bigger. So I was told it was sold out and tried to sell me something else. Sill trying to figure this all out from April 10th to May 19th. SMH so frustrated...and yes I had them in the past and never this bad

Indeed, the COVID-19 situation affects the delivery services in a negative way, thus some parcels got delayed or even lost. At the same time, we dispatch each parcel in time, and we can not affect in along the delivery as the postal service is a third party, and will replace the parcel if it got lost

- Herbies has a lot of good strains here, I'm happy with the selection, this time I went with the purple cherry punch still waiting for the authorization that they received my payment, it's taking longer than expected but I'm sure it will reach them soon. I made the payment 3 days ago on February 19th, so they should receive it by Monday and they will be able to provide me with the final result
