- Was a little nervous at first never ordered seeds before didn’t know what to expect but the representatives I spoke with made me feel at ease by tracking my package and providing me with great customer service and they came on time no problems love this place definitely ordering again

- Just for everyone, I'm from New Zealand and live in Australia, I bought some seeds, they lost my package, then I asked for my order again and extra seeds, then they did it for me too and I just received my package and I'm over the moon....... It came thank you so much Herbie's Australia

- Wow Herbies has really gone downhill. It's been almost 2 months since I paid them 42 pounds and I still haven't received my seeds. I'm saddened because Herbies was the very first place I got seeds from and they were easy, quick, and hassle-free. Yet now I guess all those new negative reviewers were right, Herbies isn't what they used to be. You can keep my money. I'll just accept that was the price of that wisdom.

Thank you for your review. We regret that this happened. As a pure result of the COVID-19 situation, the postal service experience delays, as it is stated in the warning disclaimer at our website. As the trackings for your order was not updated for quite a time, we believe it was lost in transit and has already contacted you regarding the duplicate order to replace this lost one.

- I received my order as ordered. It came in beautiful, neat packaging. Everything looks great and will be ready to go in a few weeks. I'll write more as I go. Excellent shipping service is what it is. It took me longer to get a headset for my Xbox than it did to get my order. So I can't complain at all. I would definitely recommend buying again.

- Australian buyers should be aware that Australian Customs has updated its scanners at all ports of entry and can now detect any plant material, including seeds in packaging, so your chances of getting products through are virtually zero. Good luck with all seed orders, but it's only a matter of time now before Herbies needs to go the same route as most of the major seed companies and unfortunately stop shipping to Australia.

Indeed, we have had some issues with delivery to Australia and recently published a warning article about it: https://herbiesheadshop.com/blog/important-notice-for-our-clients-in-australia-and-oceania However, we must say that we are not going to abandon Australia and leave our customers like this. On the contrary, we have been working to improve the situation and create new options to deliver to Australia safely and securely. We hope it won't take too long and we will resume normal workflow soon!

- I tried to order and the system was messed up, I guess. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. The transaction didn't go through but there was money missing. I ordered from here years ago and it was easy to order and a great product. I'm nervous about trying to order from here again.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The information about payment process is stated the way ahead order placement here: https://herbiesheadshop.com/payments. When choosing the payment via card a customer needs to make sure his card has 3D Secure technology activated. The instructions on how to activate this feature is also mentioned there. 3D-Secure is a protection system made to save your account from fraudulent activities. Also, our system accepts only standard debit or credit card which enabled international transactions.
When processing payment via card, the confirmation process includes the reservation of the full amount needed to complete the purchase. In cases when the authorization has not been received by our transaction processor, the card is not charged with the order amount. However, the card’s issuing bank may hold the funds as pending, and you’ll see it in your transaction history for up to 10 business days before the full amount is unblocked and released to your account balance.
We were informed that you already got your funds back, as normally the money are released back automatically in a few days. Our company has the other payment options as well, so our customers are welcome to choose them, if payment via card doesn't seem suitable.
