- Wow Herbies has really gone down hill. It's been almost 2 months since I paid 42 pounds to them and still haven't gotten my seeds. I am sadden because Herbies was the very first place I ever got seeds from and they were easy, quick, and hassle free ordering. Yet now I guess all these new negative reviewers were right, Herbies is not what they use to be. Yall can keep my money. I'll just accept that this was the price for this wisdom.

As the trackings for your order was not updated for quite a time, we believe it was lost in transit and has already contacted you regarding the duplicate order to replace this lost one.

- Just for everyone in the world , I'm from New Zealand and live in Australia, I purchased some seeds, they lost my package, then I requested my order again and extra seeds then they also did that for me and I just received my package and I'm over the moon....... It came thank you so much Herbie's australia

- Got my order as I placed. Came in a nice careful package. Every thing looks great will b germ in a couple weeks . Will write more as it happens. Excellent service shipping is what it is. It took me longer to get a headset for my Xbox then my order. So I can't complain one bit. Peace would recommend will buy from again.

- Australian buyers be aware that Australian customs have updated their scanners across all entry points and can now detect any plant matter including seeds in packages, so your chances of getting products through have decreased to basically zero, my understanding is all overseas packages are scanned now. Best of luck with any seed orders but it's just a matter of time now before Herbies will need to go the same route as most major seedhouses and stop shipment to Australia unfortunately.

Indeed, we've been having some issues with delivery to Australia and posted a warning article about that recently: https://herbiesheadshop.com/blog/important-notice-for-our-clients-in-australia-and-oceania However, we have to say that we're not going to give up on Australia and leave our customers just like that. On the contrary, we've been working towards improving the situation and creating new options of how to deliver to Australia safely and soundly. We hope it won't take too long and we'll resume the normal workflow soon!

- I tried ordering and the system was messed up I guess. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. The transaction did not go through yet money was missing. I ordered from here years ago and it was easy to order and great product. I’m nervous about trying to order from here again.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The information about payment process is stated the way ahead order placement here: https://herbiesheadshop.com/payments. When choosing the payment via card a customer needs to make sure his card has 3D Secure technology activated. The instructions on how to activate this feature is also mentioned there. 3D-Secure is a protection system made to save your account from fraudulent activities. Also, our system accepts only standard debit or credit card which enabled international transactions.
When processing payment via card, the confirmation process includes the reservation of the full amount needed to complete the purchase. In cases when the authorization has not been received by our transaction processor, the card is not charged with the order amount. However, the card’s issuing bank may hold the funds as pending, and you’ll see it in your transaction history for up to 10 business days before the full amount is unblocked and released to your account balance.
We were informed that you already got your funds back, as normally the money are released back automatically in a few days. Our company has the other payment options as well, so our customers are welcome to choose them, if payment via card doesn't seem suitable.
