- Customer service is awesome.Delivery times are accurate. I received my first order today in Australia. Little bags containing my seeds all labelled inside a t-shirt.So exited as I'm a first time grower for medical purpose. Thanks a million

- About five weeks ago, I ordered almost three hundred dollars worth of seeds that never arrived. I contacted my local carrier who told me the package was lost, I then contacted Herbies and have been told i have to wait another two weeks before they even consider resending the seeds. I have serious doubts that they care about my seeds or my money. I will not be buying from them again any time soon!

From our end, we did not receive any confirmation from the postal service that your order has been lost, according to our policy, we consider a parcel lost if it's tracking is not updated during the 25 day period. If you have a confirmation from your local post office regarding order being lost, please share it with us and we'll be able to resend your order right away

- My seeds were sent to a post office in North Carolina for pickup. I don't live in North Carolina. So far customer service hasn't been helpful

- Terrible an customer service dosnt speak english well an deff dosnt understand it. I regret not going with my gut an using a different store. The reason they're "high rated" is they censor any negative reviews. They do not honor they're word or verbally binding agreements. Someone with more time on their hands should sue for violating consumer rights, false advertising, and breaking legally binding verbal/written agreements.

- I cannot place an order as credit card won't go thru. I've called my bank and it's not on their end. Tried calling customer support and no return call. Very frustrating

- It took just under a month to get here to Melbourne Australia, I was a bit sceptical at first purchasing the seeds because I’ve been burnt in the past but there is no need here because Herbies seeds came through! Im very happy with how they’re going so far, they even through in a couple free gorilla glue seeds in with my Girl Scout cookie order! I highly recommend Herbies seeds and I swear this is a legit review so don’t hesitate to order from this website I assure you there is no scam here! Thanks Herbies seed a massive A+++
