- Still waiting on seeds to arrive 5 weeks now ordered, three weeks after ordering and nothing however great communication with Herbie's assured me with another order however just received exactsame email telling me it will be late and not to worry, unfortunately I have doubts I will not a second time round

- Worse customer service iv ever experienced i wouldnt order from herbies if it was free been prommised that my seeds over £300 worth are on there way been getting told this for about 4 weeks ore more whilst waiting for this order i ordered from seedsman and the delivery was here in less than a week so postal being back logged aint the problem its herbies. Then to be prommised a refund within a few days ore less wich it aint happend yet and doesent look like it will i have all the proof and lies in emails and consultant chat if you order today you mynt be lucky and get your order for Christmas any body wants proof message me il be happy to send copys of the chat and emails come on herbies lets hear your excuses

As a direct result of the COVID-19 situation, delivery times for postal and courier services have been affected negatively. We truly regret this situation.
However, the postal service is a third party, thus we we can not control their speed of work. We have packed and dispatched the parcel properly and on time, the delays has appeared during transportation.
The refund has been issued, the time it takes depends on a payment system you were using and your local bank.

- Can’t place an order. Contact number for payments doesn’t work. Old website format is more user friendly. No response to emails. Not sure what happened to this company but it used to be a lot better

- Easy to grow! My temperature and humidity were very off for most of the time but the plants had no issues. They didn't need a lot of care and the bud turned out amazing.

- This was my first time ordering seeds, i was hesitant at first as im in Australia. Placed order on the 5th of March (which was a Saturday). Received email on the 7th saying order has been shipped and tracking No.Seeds arrived after 14 days... i was expecting longer to be honest.. very discreet/stealth packaging... couldnt be happier.Will not be able to germinate for a while as growing outdoors. Cant wait to see how they go. Will give another review once grow done.

- OMG! I placed my order here in New Zealand on the first of Jan (New years day), it would have still been New Years eve in Europe at the time. It arrived yesterday, the 14th of Jan. TWO WEEKS!!!those of you who have never seen an atlas, NZ is further away than Australia and it got here a week quicker than any of these other reviews.I am impressed!Everything bagged and tagged so you know what is what, some nice rolling skins and I love the stickers. I won't say how or what it was packed into, don't want to make customs job any easier do we ;)I'll be taking pics and posting reviews of the plants when they're done.Thanks guys, I wish I could give 6 stars
