- Excellent service as normall. Extra time waiting due to covid19. Would of got 5 stars but always seem to get a auto seed no matter what I pick. Great site and customer service. Seeds have been right up their with the best of the best strain also.

If you mean an automatic gorilla glue, a bonus seed - that's a bonus seed for every purchase, but we also have photoperiod bonus seeds, just contact our chat assistants if you want to change them

- Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't order from Herbies if it was free. Promised my seeds worth over £300 were on their way. I was here in less than a week, so the message is signed and the problem isn't the weed. Then promising a refund in a few days or less, which hasn't happened yet and doesn't seem to have all the proof and lies in the emails and advisor chat. If you order today, tough luck and receive your Christmas order. The body would be like a proof message to me, I'll be happy to send copies of the chat and emails.

As a direct result of the COVID-19 situation, delivery times for postal and courier services have been affected negatively. We truly regret this situation.
However, the postal service is a third party, thus we we can not control their speed of work. We have packed and dispatched the parcel properly and on time, the delays has appeared during transportation.
The refund has been issued, the time it takes depends on a payment system you were using and your local bank.

Cannabis seeds are live biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. SeedBanks have a guarantee that at least 70% of the seeds - for example, 7 out of 10 or 2 out of 3 will germinate. For a rare cases of below 70% germination we have a claim form.
If you'll consider filling it up, we'll be able to proceed with this situation and resolve it for your convenience.

- New Zealand. SWIM's germination rate is about 3%, most fail. SWIM has made 4 orders of 20 seeds and all have the same failure rate. SWIM has experience and has been doing this for over 20 years and is confident in the process with careful monitoring of temperature, water quality, and medium. There have never been such high failure rates. SWIM has even shared with friends and the same results. The few that succeeded were slow and misshapen, except for one LSD auto strain, this one boosted. I suspect mail centers have X-ray or irradiation machines, or maybe everything is sprayed with pesticides for incoming packages and kills the seeds. I don't know the real reason and if anyone else has the same problem? Herbies has kept trying to send new batches but now on the 4th, something else is going on. SWIM doubts Herbies is the problem. But for some reason, the germination rate is extremely low.

- From seeds not germinating (NL, WW) to others growing to medium-sized plants, under artificial lights in the bathtub, I guess my first 'serious' experience was OK. I even got a 'bud'-sized plant. The smell was great, although not to everyone's taste. Finding the right time to harvest wasn't always straightforward - some plants looked ripe and ready to harvest but were still producing new flowers (pistils). The 'drying process' was relatively easy, although at the end I was quite disappointed that the strong fruity smell quickly disappeared and was replaced by something more like tea/herbs. I must have done something wrong?! There's still a lot of progress to be made before my buds smell as good as coffee shops. Growing normal feminized seeds seems to be more fun than autoflowering ones, as you have more time to experiment, etc. - the "autoflowers" grow too fast. Otherwise, excellent, competent, and friendly service from Herbies.
