- First off, the UI on the website is definitely one of the more pleasant and user friendly interfaces out of most seedbanks online. Excellent job with communication and customer support as well. My seeds made it to India in 18 days with no hassle...even though things have tightened up at customs.
I know there's a possibility that not every single order I place will make it to me, but the fact that y'all guaranteed me a 100% refund/reship for such a case was amazing assurance, especially with me being a noob first time customer.
Yet to germ the seeds but I'm blown away by how swift and easy everything was, not to mention the freebies that you offer :)))
Will DEFINITELY be back for more, 5/5 stars. Amazing service, much appreciated <3

- I ordered again and then they took the seeds at customs. Herbies refunded me down to the last cent. Quite a fair shop. I will always order from them. If the seeds do not arrive, they will refund your money or send you seeds for free. Nothing bad can happen to you. 😉

- Have ordered seeds for the last year, every thing has gone smoothly. With many seeds germinated, only 3 didnt. Win some lose some. Overall 5 on the customer service.

- All my strains did great. They all except 4 out of 5 of my grandmommy purple seeds germinated. But 4 of my gmp seeds didn’t and my gelato auto seed didn’t pop. I’d thought it was me but my other 15 seeds did germinate and pop. It’s my first time buying seeds online and I am just trying to find a place I can trust. The Blueberry Hill is doing excellent as well as the gorilla glue auto.

- I've left messages in regards to supposedly they have closed I have paid for an order if this is true I would like my money back they are not returning my calls

- In 2020, I went to this site to buy a batch of hemp seeds and paid more than two thousand USD. They divided the shipment into 6 batches, but I only received the first package. The other one was received. I contacted customer service several times. It wasn't resolved. They only know how to shirk responsibility. They also said that I would make sure I received all the seeds beforehand. When something happens, I would transfer the responsibility to the logistics company. Now I use translation software to write down the facts, just so other consumers can see my experience before purchasing. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks responsibility and will only leave mistakes and losses for consumers.

Your order was divided into 6 separate parcels, all of them were dispatched in a timely manner to the address provided, this part of our responsibility was managed perfectly. According to the USPS statement and tracking information, all packages were delivered. Officially performed information cannot be ignored and unaccepted, we do rely on it. Since packages to the USA are delivered with signature required, we have requested this data from the Spanish Post to provide as proof. We have emailed this information to you and fairly attached all the documents.
All the facts mentioned leads us to the statement that our company cannot be called dishonest, as we do provide all the information, assistance and more important - the delivery was confirmed officially. In the event if the order lost or seized we provide a full refund or a duplicate of the order. We do have the cases with the issues like that and provide our respected customers with the assistance needed. All the parts of your order were confirmed as delivered and the investigation double confirmed it.
