Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Herbies Seeds ships worldwide, but we ask you to check your local laws before ordering - laws differ from country to country, and from state to state. By ordering from our site, you are confirming that you are OK to do so. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.

Is your shipping discreet?

At Herbies Seeds, all packaging is completely discreet. For your privacy, all orders are sent in unmarked Jiffy envelopes.

There will be no indication of the contents of your order or our company name on the package.

When will you ship my order?

After we receive the payment, orders placed during weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, between 7.00 am and 4.00 pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. To learn more, visit our Shipping page.

Once I have ordered, how do I obtain my tracking number?

You will receive an email with the tracking number after your order is dispatched. Orders are normally processed on weekdays between 7 AM and 4 PM GMT/BST. When ordering over the phone, you can request to receive the tracking number after payment is completed.

If your tracking number has not appeared in your inbox in a timely manner, you may want to check your spam folder.

Please note that orders shipped via standard airmail have no tracking information.

How can I track my parcel?

You can use our Tracking page to track your order. To see the location of the parcel, you will need to provide either your tracking number or your email address along with the order number.

What is a “pre-registered” tracking number?

When a tracking number is “pre-registered,” it has been created but has not yet been activated. Tracking numbers with this status will become active within two days – after that point, you’ll be able to track the location of your order.

Do you ship to my country?

To check whether Herbies Seeds ships to your country, use our shipping calculator. If your country is not on the list, it means that we do not ship there at this time.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

This will vary based on multiple factors, including your location and shipping method:

  • Delivery within Europe can take 1-3 days, 3-8 days, or 13-16 days, depending on the shipping method you choose while checking out.
  • Shipping to the USA normally takes 3-4 weeks.
  • Shipping to the UK takes 1-2 weeks.
  • International orders can take 3-4 weeks from the payment confirmation date.
  • Shipping to other countries takes 7-14 days, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on the country of your residence or possible customs issues.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

All orders received by Herbies Seeds are processed within one working day. If you realize that you provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately and state your order number – we will do our best to accommodate your request to change the shipping address. However, once your order has been packed, it will no longer be possible for us to modify it.

Is shipping included in the seed price?

Generally speaking, shipping costs aren't included in seed prices. They will be charged on top of the total price of seeds you wish to purchase. However, when you order at least 100 EUR worth of seeds to anywhere within the European Union and the UK, your shipping will be free.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on an order’s destination and shipping service. You can use our shipping costs calculator to estimate your shipping costs.

What company do you ship with?

Currently, we ship with Correos, UPS and Tipsa. You can find more info on shipping and calculate costs/estimated time of delivery here.

What if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please don’t hesitate to fill out our Contact Us form. We will get back to you and offer a solution as soon as possible.

What is the exchange rate at Herbies?

Each item’s price is based on the suppliers’ recommended retail price in EUR. Every Friday, we update the exchange rate according to data from a trusted international resource (https://www.xe.com/). For your convenience, you can always switch your preferred currency for prices on Herbies. However, the main currency is still EUR, so we recommend checking the price of items in euros before placing your order.

Do you accept prepaid cards, gift cards, or Cash App cards?

No – we only accept regular bank cards that support 3-D Secure. To learn more, please visit our Payments page.

What should I do in case of a failed card payment?

In case of a failed card payment, visit our Payments page. For situations like this, we offer detailed instructions to help you successfully complete your payment.

What are your international card transaction fees?

Herbies Seeds does not apply any transaction fees. However, we do process all card payments in EUR. This means that the issuer of your credit card may charge an exchange fee for transactions made in currencies other than EUR.

Once a POS transaction is initiated, our processing partner sends a withdrawal request to the customer's bank (authorization) for debiting funds. When the customer's bank accepts this request, a transaction amount will be blocked.

For transactions happening in currencies other than EUR, the total amount will be determined by the exchange rate between currencies on the day the transaction is settled. Please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on currency exchange rates.

Funds will typically be withdrawn within 1-10 business days, though it may take up to 30 days depending on the type of transaction taking place. On the day of the settlement, funds will be withdrawn from your card according to the exchange rate set for the day. Again, the fluctuation of exchange rates is a common worldwide practice – we cannot influence it from our side.

What will show up on my card statement?

Your card statement will include only the name of the payment system responsible for the processing of the payment. No information about our store, including its name, will appear in the statement.

Our payment provider is located in Europe.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method. To do so, please contact us via online chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

How do I pay by bank transfer?

You will be able to pick bank transfer as your preferred payment method during checkout. After you place the order, you will receive an email containing our bank details. Then you can send us your payment, but don’t forget to include your order number and last name in the payment description – otherwise, we won’t be able to identify your payment. Finally, send an email containing your order number to [email protected] to let us know that you’ve made a payment for your order.

How long does a bank transfer payment take to process?

Assuming all bank details were stated correctly, your bank transfer will be processed within 1-5 business days.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method. To do so, please contact us via online chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

Do you accept cash on delivery?

With Herbies, customers from eligible countries can pay for their orders with Cash on Delivery. When choosing this payment method, the order is to be paid to the postman upon arrival of the package.

Please note that we accept only cash payments in EUR. To check whether this payment method can be applied to your purchase, see the checkout page after submitting your order. This service is charged for. The fee for the Cash on Delivery service will be specified at checkout.

The limits are per consignee and day:

5.000 USD (or equivalent in EUR) for international worldwide shipments
1.000 EUR for shipments within Spain
100 seeds (including bonus seeds)

Do you accept Bitcoin?

Yes, at Herbies you can pay for cannabis seeds with bitcoins (BTC). Orders paid with BTC get an extra 10% discount.

How do I pay with bitcoin?

First, to pay for cannabis seeds securely with BTC, you’ll need to acquire a bitcoin wallet and fund it by exchanging some of your traditional money for BTC.

There are many trustworthy exchanges and e-wallets online that work with bitcoin (some of them we can vouch for are Binance, Bittrex, Coinbase, and LocalBitcoins). To learn more about different types of bitcoin exchange websites and how to use them, read our full guide.

After your order has been created, you’ll be forwarded to a page with a QR code and a bitcoin wallet address for the transaction. Use it to transfer the required amount from your wallet.

How long does a bitcoin payment take to process?

There’s no set bitcoin payment process period. Depending on the network load and its fees, the bitcoin payment could take anywhere from a couple of minutes to several hours to process.

What are your fees for bitcoin payments?

We don’t charge any fees for payments in BTC. However, bitcoin payments always include a network fee, which is standard practice among all payment systems for BTC transactions.

What wallet address do I send my bitcoins to?

After your order has been created, you’ll be forwarded to a page with a QR code and a bitcoin wallet address for payment.

Do you accept any cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin?

Currently, the only cryptocurrency we accept is bitcoin.

My bitcoin order has been canceled, what should I do?

If you’ve transferred your bitcoin payment but your order has been canceled, please contact us via chat or email, and we’ll resolve the issue for you.

My seeds are damaged/faulty/etc. What should I do?

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be damaged/faulty/etc., please go to our Satisfaction Guarantees page. There, you can find additional FAQs on seed quality or contact us to provide more information about the issue – we will resolve it in a timely manner.

What is your returns policy?

If you’d like to return your order, please contact us via phone, chat, or email before sending the parcel back. You can return items within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Returned items must be in a new, unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items upon their return, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you ship in original packs from breeders?

We ship almost all seeds in their original packaging. The only exception are Pick’n’Mix seeds, which are removed from their original packaging and repackaged by Herbies Seeds.

When Stealth Shipping is chosen, seeds are removed from their original packaging and put into individually labeled bags. This is done solely to ensure your privacy and security.

Will I get free seeds with my order?

Who can see my personal details?

The safety of your personal information is of the highest importance to us. That’s why our website is securely hosted and is only hosted on servers located in the European Economic Area.

When you place an order with us, we collect and process some personal information so that we may fulfil our obligations to deliver your order. This information is collected using the lawful basis of performance of a contract. Failure to provide this information means we will not be able to complete your order. Do I have to be registered on the website to buy seeds from Herbies Seeds?

No, you can place orders without being registered on our website.

Does Herbies Seeds have a minimum purchase requirement?

No, there’s no minimum limit on orders. However, you might want to buy at least 20 EUR worth of seeds to receive an extra bonus seed pack.

Can I modify an existing order?

All orders received by Herbies are normally processed within 24 hours from the moment of their placement. Once your purchase is packed, we can no longer change it.

If you realize that you need to change your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the necessary changes.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, there are three different ways to cancel it:

1) If your order has not been paid yet, you can cancel it under “Your Account” - “Order History”.

2) If your order has been paid, please contact us as soon as possible. Make sure you include your order number in your query. Our team will try to accommodate your requests before the order is packed, but we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make these changes in time.

3) If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it and claim a refund. More information about this can be found in our response to “What is your returns policy?,” which is Question Two under “Other Questions.”

Can I order seeds by phone?

We're taking seed orders via phone 24/7 with short breaks from 8-11 am (GMT) and from 8-11 pm (GMT). If you call us during these time slots, our support agents will call you back immediately after the break is over.

Do you add gifts to every order?

We do add gifts to every order, unless they’re coming from the U.S., Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, or Australia. Since orders shipped to these countries are fulfilled with Stealth Shipping, gifts can’t be added to these orders right now. Of course, we’re working hard to change that – stay tuned for updates!

What can I do if the “submit order” button on the checkout page doesn’t respond?

If such a problem occurs, try the following solutions:

I want to order some seeds, but they are out of stock. Can you notify me when they are available again?

Definitely! To receive a notification when the seeds you wish to purchase are back in stock again, go to the product page and type in your email under the price section. Click on the “Subscribe to product updates” button and we’ll email you as soon as the product is available.

You might know that Herbies Seeds started off as an offline cannabis seeds store in King’s Lynn, United Kingdom back in the early noughties. Since then, we’ve kept growing and moved online – as a result, we’re now located in sunny Alicante, Spain!
