Worldwide Shipping?

Herbies Seeds ship worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and by ordering, you are confirming that you are ok to do so.

Is your shipping discreet?

At Herbies Seeds, we go to every effort to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. All packaging is completely discreet, and we take great care in ensuring your order is packaged to minimize risk of damage.

For your privacy all orders are sent in a plain brown unmarked "jiffy" padded envelope.

Only your name and address will appear on the package and there will be no mention of the contents or our company name on the package.

Once I have ordered, how do I obtain my tracking number?

You will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. If ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment. You will receive an e-mail on dispatch notifying you of your tracking number, (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment) and that the order is being processed. Orders are normally processed between 7.00 am and 4.00 pm (London time), Monday to Friday.

If you have not received your tracking number, please remember to check your junk mail folder before contacting us as e-mails do not always end up in your inbox.

Please note that orders shipped via standard Airmail have no tracking information.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Shipping in Europe: orders placed before 1 p.m. (GMT +2) are shipped out by the Correos national postal service and arrive within 5 business days from the date of payment receipt. 

Worldwide shipping: international orders can take 7-10 days from the payment confirmation date to delivery.

My seeds are damaged/faulty, what should I do?

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, please fill in the Quality Claim Form or contact our Support Team.

What is your Returns Policy?

Herbies Seeds requires contact by phone, post or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from Herbies Seeds will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items bought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you have an Exchange Policy?

Yes. If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Is shipping included in the seed price?

No. Shipping will be charged on top of the total cost of seeds you wish to purchase.

Do you ship in original breeders packs?

We ship all seeds in their original breeder's packs with the exception of single pick n mix seeds, which are removed from their original breeder packaging and repackaged by Herbies Seeds.

However, if using Stealth shipping, seeds are removed from their original breeder's packaging and put into individually labeled mini bags. If you are worried about your privacy and security, this is the option for you!

Will I get free seeds with my order?

What are the methods of payment?

Herbies Seeds currently offers three payment options: bank transfers, payment by card or cash. For making a card payment or a bank transfer you simply need to follow the instructions at the checkout. Please note that all credit card payments are made in euros and are subject to an additional 4% fee. If your credit card is not in euros, please note that the currency exchange rate at our website may differ from the rate in your bank.

Cash can be sent by post. Please be sure to send your cash via a secure postal service that is trackable, as we do not hold responsibility in the case that the envelope with cash is lost by postal services during the shipment. Please follow the instructions for cash payments given after checkout. You can also write the required items on a piece of paper, enclose it along with the payment and send it to the address below. Please ensure you enclose shipping costs for your chosen delivery method and send your orders to PURE ATMOSPHERE S.A.M. SL, C/ San Vicente, 20 - 1°, 03004 Alicante, Spain.

I want some seeds but they're out of stock. Could you notify me when they' re available again?

Yes. If you sign up to our 'Back In Stock' list we'll contact you via email once we have your selected seeds back in supply.
