After explaining the process I used and providing pictures of the seeds that would not germinate Herbies sent me two replacement seeds free of cost because they stand behind their products. The customer service I received was by far the best I have experienced, and I didn't even have to talk on the phone. One of my seeds didn't germinate which was a bummer, and unfortunately It was out of the 90 day replacement window when I found this out. I reached out to CS and they explained they could not replace the one I lost, but they understood my misfortune and offered me any seed from there top four seed banks. Not only that they gave me 3 instead of one on my next purchase. Once I received my new seeds in the mail it was jammed packed with surprises. 1. Every seed pack I purchased and the bonus seeds they offer had an extra one seed in the package ( except two packs ).2. They also provided a exclusive grow sample seed of Gelato that wasn't even talked about! Great customer service! I give them a Five star! I have to say up to this point superb service. Rosalie in chat was awesome in providing recommendations for seeds/product. Alice Customer Service manager provided growing tips and two informative attachments. Ophelia provided additional follow-up. To clarify I purchased seeds from a competitor last year, wherein the advice received resulted in only a few plants making it to the 1.5 foot height and then wilted and faded away. I have not received the seeds to date, but already the advice received has been quite informative.
