I ordered about 4 months ago had a germination issue with the majority of my seeds spoke with a agent on the instant message of the main page after about 5 questions. They are sending me 8 seeds to replace the others. Very friendly and awesome.

Follow the suggested germination techniques and document any failures. Chatting to actual people means the process is quick to resolve any difficulties or uncertainties.
