At this stage the product bit is irrelevant !!I've lived in a lot of different places - America is always good for customer service where as australia sux same as nz .....so I have a California customer service standard....I just gotta say everyone at herbies go beyond and above to assist you at every stage - their customer service is the best I've ever come across - I'm impressed !!!
