Hollands Hope - A Hardy Strain Thriving in Cold Climates

Hollands Hope is a cannabis strain resistant to the coldest temperatures. With a structure identified by Indica traits, this plant can grow from 1 to 2 meters tall, yielding up to 1 kg of sweet buds with a mild stoned effect that won't get you locked to the couch.

Hollands Hope rose from the early 1980s as a cannabis strain with great resistance to the complex climate conditions of the Netherlands. Its name appears from the hope that the plant brought to the cannabis growers from the date, permitting them to cultivate it outdoors.

The plant phenotype can succeed in diverse climates besides cold weather. Hollands Hope grows short and solid, with a structure of dominant Indica traits. Her developed scheme is vigorous, supplying her with enough resistance to hold the big flowers formed. She does not call for special fertilization, and it is indeed advised not to feed her regularly because it can diminish the buds` size. The flowering takes on average eight weeks, during which it can present large crops. Hollands Hope is a classic and simple to grow marihuana strain with the most appealing attributes any plant should have.

Pleasant and robust plant. The weather was very nice in Semptember and the buds became huge and resinous, with a lovely floral and sweet scent. Hollands Hope is also very resistant to mold.

Very nice plant for outdoor places (also on middle mountain for example Pre-Alps territories), especially for guerrilla gardens; particular the soft and delicate resin flavor awesome bubblehash production withless bad effects, so really calming and couchlocking buzz.

      She's a beauty!
    • Disadvantages
The smell over the past 2-3 weeks has been unbearable
    • General impressions

I started the plant indoors in a 10L pot, around early April. I left it for 2-3 weeks inside until the temperatures rose and then planted it directly into the ground. Fed 1-2 times a week (as needed), the spot I grew it in was very bright, at least 6 hours a day, I cleared the area around it which was long grass/nettles and that really seemed to help. It grew to 7 1/2 - 8 feet and was extremely bushy and loaded with buds. The buds themselves were quite compact, but also airy considering the climate (temperate, lots of rain), but freezing as hell!! So many trichomes..the smell over the last 2-3 weeks was unbearable, I had to shower right after feeding her and smelled like a grow house..yet she was a lone plant outside..props due to Dutch Passion, they know how to make good weed. :D Overall, an amazing plant that can take outdoors in its stride, people in warmer climates will have a lot of fun watching this one grow. She's a beauty!

    • Advantages
Top quality seeds! Thanks a lot to Herbies
    • Disadvantages
      Nothing so far
    • General impressions

i put the Autoflowers in their 20L Air-Pots (Final pot). The rest/others are growing well. The transplantation from 1L to 38 and 50L Air-Pots went well. Plants were stressed just a day or two, i used some anti stress (organic/bio) than they started growing good again, thanks to the better outdoor weather now to. They are still growing strong.😊 Good luck to everyone!
