Royal Dwarf Auto Strain Info

You’ll appreciate Royal Dwarf’s massive potential wrapped in a little package. Don’t let the name deceive you, as this autoflowering Sativa packs a hefty punch in both yields and effects. It’s not just for the great outdoors, as this beauty is also meant to be packed tightly into a small grow space for maximum yields.

Genetics

Royal Dwarf boasts a pungent lineage – she’s a Skunk crossed with Ruderalis genetics, while the Skunk itself was a hybrid of such exotic genetics as Colombian Gold and Acapulco Gold plus an Afghani Indica. While working with Royal Dwarf, the breeders made sure to bring the Sativa character to the foreground and tone down the Indica influence.

Flowering Time

An extremely short flowering time of only 42-49 days is probably the main strength of this amazing cultivar. From seed to harvest, she only takes 56-63 days, making Royal Dwarf one of the world’s fastest autoflowers.

Yields

Indoors, the yield that can be achieved in the same space depends, among other things, on the method you choose. Grow her using a Sea of Green (SOG) setup and you’ll be packed to the brim with High Times-quality buds, as she’s capable of producing 200g per square meter (1.1oz/ft²). Outdoors, where you can provide her with more space and bathe her in sunlight, you can expect to harvest 30-80g (1-2.4oz) per plant.

Effects

Smoking Royal Dwarf allows you to reach the perfect balance between the physical and the spiritual. The onset hits you directly in the face and then immediately travels to the limbs. Soon after, your entire mindset changes, elevating your mood. Nothing will put a bigger grin on your face than Royal Dwarf.

Medical Properties

Royal Dwarf’s medical value lies in her ability to raise your mood and relieve stress. Thus, she’s more suitable for the ailments of the mind than the body. However, this strain can also work as a mild muscle relaxant.

THC and CBD Levels

Never underestimate Royal Dwarf, as this rock-solid producer packs on a lot of trichomes chock-full of cannabinoids. The THC content of 13% is enough to make beginners very high and give a gentle mellow buzz to veteran smokers.

Smell and Taste

The skunky stench of this weed in the later stages of flowering translates directly into a pleasantly familiar old-school profile with spicy and fruity notes.

Grow Tips

Even without canopy management, Royal Dwarf seldom grows to more than 40-70cm (16-28 inches) indoors and will fit any grow space. Its bonsai-like structure is perfect for growers who need a bit of discretion in their lives.

  • With a height of 50-90cm outdoors, she’s perfect for guerilla growers
  • Give her as many light hours indoors as you can
  • Train or use SOG to achieve better yields

Royal Dwarf Auto Seeds

These autoflower feminized seeds are a perfect fit for beginners, as they are undemanding, easy to grow, and discreet and don’t require any advanced knowledge to grow some quality bud.

    • Advantages
A good strain – will grow her again for sure.
      I do recommend her.
    • Disadvantages
      Didn’t notice any
    • General impressions

This plant is perfect for growing in a small space - a cupboard, or an old bookcase, may be. I grew my first in compost in a 20l pot. The next one is in coco in a 12l pot, and I expect a similar yield, I just have to water more often. The buzz I got from a pretty early harvest first time was an energizing sativa, very smooth after curing.

    • General impressions

This is a pretty little plant that's easy to germinate and grow. The yield isn't huge, but what it does produce is a nice fluffy buzz. It's small but bushy and produces thick, lush buds. Flowers fast and is easy to grow. It's perfect for small spaces.
