Genetics

The feminized cannabis strain Z Auto is an Indica-dominant cross of triple Z with a Ruderalis phenotype, whose lineage gives her the autoflowering trait.

Flowering Time

Z has a pretty fast flowering time. She will finish growing after 8-9 weeks, but it can take a week or two more to fully mature depending on the conditions.

Yields

Usually forming one big cola and a bunch of smaller ones around it, the yields will pleasantly surprise growers in terms of both quality and quantity. Expect to harvest 450-500 g/m² (1.47-1.64oz/ft²) indoors and up to 300g (10.6oz) per plant outdoors, easily matching the yields of regular photoperiod plants.

Z is a compact plant, making her great for stealth grow operations either indoors or outdoors. She has rather large internodes, but they soon get filled with large and dense trichome-covered buds. She can get thirsty, both for water and nutrients, so don’t be afraid to feed her a bit extra.

Her height will stay around 70-100cm (2’3”-3’3”).
Recommended techniques are low-stress training (LST), high-stress training (HST), topping, and defoliation.
This strain is fond of extra water and nutrients.

  Great plant to grow. Very beginner friendly. Put the seed in dirt, fed her every day and in less than 3 months she gave me 164 grams of trimmed, dried bud and another 20 grams of very smokeable trim. Sour berries on top of sweet citrus. Amazing taste. I do detect a hint of fuel on the back end. The effect is beautiful. Almost instant euphoria then relaxed enough to be really creative. It has the potential to be couch locking if you over do it. Perfect for me. Fastbuds is my go to for autos.

  So from seed to harvest in exactly 11 weeks.
  Really enjoyed growing this cultivar, had the deficiency problem early on but it didnt seem to affect her growth at all.
  This was a pure organic grow and i plan on keep doing the same in furture grows. (4 fastbuds plants in 2x2 next) I like to keep it simple when it comes to the medium, i am an organic grower, but relatively new to growing cannabis. So i hope over furture grows i can begin to nail in on what works and doesnt work fir me, because as we all should know, not all grows are the same.
  Final dry weight of 91.7 grams, very very pleased with this yield. If growing again i would definitely put a better LST on her to try and create a more even canopy. And the smell is amazing !!
  Smoke report
  Smooth smoke with a nice berry taste, the high starts off in the head becoming talkative and slowly moves to relax the body the more you smoke, but wont couchlock. Really enjoyable smoke and would grow again

  These girls were a real treat to grow! Wonderful smells. Beautiful buds. The yields look pretty good. I’ll update with numbers just as soon as I can. Along with some regular harvest photos. She’s a really powerful strain and the trichomes look great. I’m very impressed with this grow!

  The trichome production was amazing and the last couple weeks she really packed on the weight. The trichomes changed from clear to milky to amber a lot quicker than I anticipated. However, I had started my flush 2 weeks prior so everything seems to be top notch. I water cured a small amount and the high is GREAT! Thanks a lot to Herbies! 💖

  I enjoyed growing this awesome strain! The buds are currently drying, then I'm going to cure them for about a week or two.

  They didn't get as tall as I'd liked but that was my fault! I kept my lights too close during the early stages of the grow.

  I learned that these auto flowers do not need to be LST'd. My nose isn’t sensitive, but I’m gonna try.. It smelled to me like orange, citrus sherbet with a little hoppy IPA beer aroma. Taste was good and mellow, kind of sweet. Will definitely be growing this strain again! Many THANKS to Herbies!

  I’m curing it still but have tried a few buds....WOW! The flavor is awesome and it is a very strong high. This is a real heavy hitter so you have to be careful if you’re not a heavy smoker. But I love this strain. Going to start another one ASAP.

  This strain grows really fast! She is not picky, eats well, blooms quickly and can be easily trained! Her aromas are fantastic!:))

  She has a very instant heavy stone and a weak high which is a disadvantage for me.

  I like this strain, but it has a low resistance to stress! First she stressed out during vegetation - the bulbs were too high from her. And then she stressed out again during flowering when I got excited and cut too many leaves.

  I want to complete my previous comment. After curing, effects became even stronger but headache and rapid heartbeat are gone. I’ve tried different autoflowers, but this is the most potent. I recommend it for nighttime because of its anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory effects which turn into a strong relaxing. It’s a really nice buzz! Be sure, you will sleep well !!! I wake up at 5 am with ease. With this strain you will enjoy a good laugh and chilling out with friends:))

  Zkittlez is a great smoke, really nice Indica buzz that doesn't give me any anxiety. It was a really nice plant to grow! It likes lots of nutrient and light. It grew really thick heavy buds, and gave me 932g from 9 plants in 12 weeks. I will definitely be growing this again!

  The buds are absolutely terrific, they have a fantastic smell and taste. You will feel candy/fruit notes. It is one of my favorites!
  Overall I am extremely happy with this grow, and the results. I finally feel like I am starting to get a handle on how to grow, and I am looking forward to putting this knowledge to good use on the next strain I am growing in this tent, which will be Lemon AK!

  She quickly switches to flowering period.This girl is short, but her cones are all covered in sugary resins. Dried buds are sticky like cotton candy.
- Disadvantages
  
  Low resistance to mold. It’s hard to grow her outdoors - she’s so sticky that lot’s of stuff gets stuck between her flowers if it’s windy outside.
- General impressions
  
  Great Indica strain for indoor. Fast-hitting and poten. During the first half of an hour I felt a strong heartbeat and my brain was about to explode. 2 hours later I felt itchy and my feet started burning. I’ll check her out after curing, maybe she’ll give less side effects.

  She’s still on vegetation, but if nothing bad happens, she’ll grow into a nice heavy-yielding Indica :) Ideal time from seed to harvest: 11-12 weeks.
